Jan Šochman

I am a researcher at Centre for Machine Perception at Czech Technical University in Prague.

I finished my Ph.D. in 2009 on the topic of learning for sequential classification advised by prof. Jiří Matas. I spent a year and half as a postdoc at the Computer Vision Group, University of Leeds, UK, where I worked with prof. David Hogg on the SUBITO European project. I have been part of several other EU projects and I spent more than ten years cooperating with Toyota Motor Europe.
